I play soccer every weekend with my friends. We have a team here in town and we play against other teams in a few days. But we play more for fun anyway. Besides football, I play volleyball and basketball every now and then in college, alias I do Physical Education college, so I practice a lot until hehe

Nowadays I'm just a poker player, but when I was younger, I always played football and kart racing whenever I could. now just poker.

i used to practice a lot of sports, jogging, bodybuilding, aikido and more
now i stopped all, im only n the jogging , and it really help me do a lot of things during the day, its like it gives you more power
i suggest all you guys who do feel tired during the day to start jogging
