As we've seen in other sports leagues around the world, it just takes one case (athlete, personnel, stadium staffer, fan) to shut things down and other leagues may need to follow suit before that happens. Cause they are the only (european) league still going then luckily for them many countries have bought TV rights to show just their league ... I believe 10 (or more) countries have done exactly that - for example Russia, Ukraine, India, Israel. Guess Greece wasn't one of them then.
