NBA Basketball Thread 2020/2021

The Knicks have been running hot and scoring as well as finishing well in the 4th quarter. They are on a 3 game winning streak and travel to injury riddled Orlando tonight who has scored under 100 points in 3 of their last 5 games.

Therefore we are selecting Knicks -4 as an official play.

Also note that the Brooklyn Nets have been the highest scoring 4th quarter team, so I am going to take them plus points if trailing live towards the end of the 3rd quarter and I think they have a good shot at closing the gap.

Last night they overcame a 24 point deficit to win the game.

Knicks 1st half has been on absolute fire for me. Of course now that I mention it, it might end but I think we still can maybe eek 2 or 3 more games out of this streak, afterwhich we start a four game road trip which include three tough opponents but the bottom line is they are playing well and worth consideration when capping your plays Tuesday and Thursday.

They are off Monday after manhandling Detroit tonight and will be in Sacramento Tuesday who we recently scored a season high record number of points against. We host Detroit again on Thursday.

First quarter has been solid as well except vs the Pacers on Saturday but we got the half and the win.

Randle over 1.5 threes has also been on a solid streak but the juice has crept up higher than I like so I havent been laying the wood recently but its hit all but one night in their last six games. The one night it missed the line had jumped to 2.5

Tonight Randle over 1.5 three pointers dropped from -190 to -147 briefly so I jumped on it. Much thanks to the sharp that unloaded on the under.

He hasnt hit more than 2 most nights but for this prop two is all you need to cash. If the line move to 2.5 again just pass.

Noel has been solid for at least 2 blocks per game (winning his props over). He almost pulled up to shoot a three tonight before remembering that he doesnt shoot threes, coming to his senses and instead passing the rock.

Are the Knicks for real? It appears they absolutely are especially when the offense is in sync with their number one defense. The bench has been hella productive as well.

The real tests come Thursday March 11 where we start a 4 game road trip in Milwaukee versus the recently hot Bucks, Monday March 15 at the Nets, and Tuesday March 16 at the 6ers. With the exception of those games it looks like we will be eating more cake. Outside of those games I will be riding this wave. Go Knicks !
