It is hard to narrow it down to just one so I have to do top 3 for each Olympics.

Winter:
1. Long Jump
2. Luge
3. Speed Skating

Summer:
1. Diving
2. 100m Sprint
3. Water polo

I didn't include the major sports because I can watch them anytime.

Love the Olympics, summer and winter. I has happy when they went to alternate
2 year breaks. Skiing and hockey for winter. Track and field, swimming for the
