Manchester City managed to make a treble the season before last and raised the bar so high that they themselves failed to cope with it last season. The fall was expected, but not by everyone. I'm not watching Champions League games this season, but my intuition tells me that Barcelona, Real Madrid or Liverpool will win. Okay, it's not really my intuition and I just looked at the bookies odds.

If we talk about the five major European leagues, for me they would be like this:
- The Spanish league: Barcelona, as they are playing a very dominant football and are no longer losing points on away games like their closest competitors in Madrid do.
- The Premier League: Liverpool already have a very important number and are focused on the competitions they have ahead of them.
- Serie A: It is the most complicated but I think Inter Milan will win.
- Bundesliga: Bayer Munich is practically already the champion.
- League One: PSG has no rival in that league for a long time so they will repeat the championship.
