Yep, very nice hand, in which you made at least 3 huge mistakes and got extremely lucky

1st - never just call with 15bbs stack with QTs.
It is really a shove or fold, and Q high hand is a fold IMO, especially with so many players to act behind you.

2nd - this is a huge flop for you. Not only that it is a 2nd NFD but you have a gutter to go with it. Never just call in that spot, just shove it.

3rd - brick turn, it is shove of fold, but once again closer to fold since you only have river left to catch something. NEVER ever just call in that spot. If you don't connect, you are left with 5bbs pretty much meaning the tournament is over for you.

Luckily, someone shoved the turn and made you call, but your chips should have gone all in earlier!

With 15bb I think that if the table is passive, you can see a flop, but if the table is very aggressive, I think you would not call with Q10s and 15bb, and in that position, with many players behind you.

In the flop, I don't understand your call, you had spr of 1, you should have pushed.
