How could I have played this better. The tags are accurate. Donks mean unpredictable and fishes are sub optimal on the flop meaning they play them straight up

Your 3-bet sizing is poor, because it commits you to the pot without actually putting in the chips. There was enough in the pot to simply jam. But if you wanted to play it tricky, then you need to go smaller like 900 chips at most.
