I dont think, he donks out like this with trips or better, so I would mostly put him on a range of weak two pair hands playing scared and perhaps some draws, that you dominate. If you call, there is around a pot sized bet left, which mean, you are in a tough spot, if you miss the turn and face a jam. And to avoid that I prefer to get it in right now. There might be at least some fold equity, and if you get called, your overcards are live a decent amount of the time.

Obviously an easy call with the nut flush, even if the board is paired.

This is another fine call. Sometimes we 3-bet AQo for value preflop, but here its UTG vs. UTG+1, and you still have the entire table left to act behind you.

Just calling the C-bet is the correct play to keep UTGs range as wide as possible. Facing the raise from your fishy friend from the previous hand, I prefer to just call yet again. You just saw, how he turned bottom pair and a bad draw into a wild bluff, so why not give him the rope to hang himself again? Of course it would not have made any difference this time, since he had you beat, and the plan would obviously have been to call his turn jam, like you did in the other hand.

what if he hold A7o or etc A which not make second pair, he will still play his style. Pot was so high at flop if only was call, at turn was sure all in, than what to do???

Then you call of course. There are 3 streets postflop, so no real need to make it a 1 street game with a strong made hand.

@fundiver199 stated you want to keep in the bluffs as well as the Ax hands that is why you call flop-- if you jam they will fold some hands even some AX hands some of the times
By keeping in all these hands in we win more pots which balance out the times we are behind.
Just as a study point here the first hand the V had board strength for their bluff --it was a very wet board--they had a lot of 7x hands in their range and flush draws--by turning the 3 into a bluff they would put a huge amount of pressure on your non flush non boat made hands so we cannot say this is just fish play.
The second board did not have the same texture strength and they were now XR 2 players that could have AX--further note taking is necessary to know this V's true skill level.
