I would call. The pot odds were low enough (25%) for the possibility that BTN didn't flop a set even when BTN likely had one, and CO didn't c-bet suggesting that he didn't flop a set as well.

Preflop
The preflop raiser only began the hand with 20BB, and the field caller rarely has a real hand. For those reasons this is a great spot to 3-bet jam and try to pick up a decent sized pot without showdown. Calling is better than folding, but its only the second best option.

Flop
You are not closing the action, and if either opponent has an A or a 4 in their hand, you are drawing very thin to just two outs. You are getting a good price, but I think, its still a fold as played.

Results
Would you also have posted this hand for analysis, if the turn card was :8h4: instead of :7h4:? Seems very results oriented.

why not to post, i want to here more opinions. I didn't see call on flop because there was 2 players in hand, big probabilty one to hold A.

Its fine to post the hand, since there is actually a decision to make both preflop and on the flop. I just cant help thinking, that its not a coinsidence, that the turn card was exactly a 7. The point here is simply to not "rabbit hunt". Once we folded, it does not matter, what happen for the rest of hand. Or at least it does not matter, how the board runs out.

If they had both showed down hands, that were worse than 77 on the flop, thats the time to consider, if perhaps your fold was incorrect. But here you would have put in chips with less than 10% equity and insufficient implied odds, even if you got the full dubble up after turning a set. So clearly you made a good fold, even though this time you would have "binked" the 2-outer on the turn.
