Final 2 people in a seat in go, I was leading 30.54 BB vs 16.35 BB.

I was the BB and villain was the SB. My cards were 77. Villain opened to 2.5 BB and I called. The flop went 37K monotone.

I bet 2.5 BB into 5 BB and he shoved his remaining 13.85 BB. Should I call?

I think you probably should, since you are likely up against a flush draw and top pair, sometimes bottom set. However, sometimes he just has it and if you are up for finding a better spot and minimizing variance, you can still fold and keep playing. You have a sizable lead.

I would call.

From a theoretical perspective you are probably not supposed to donk lead. But regardless the chips need to go in. You have a very strong hand against a single opponent. Even when he flopped a flush, you have 35-40% chance to win with a full house. So even if he showed you a flush, you are still getting the right odds to call.
