This isn't a flop you want to toy with as you found out. Get it in. (Maybe even on the flop.) The conspiracy of draws teamed up and bit you. Please board pair. Tough beat.

Think you were doomed from the getgo on this one. He flopped an open-ended straight draw and had you almost exactly 2:1 in chips. I think he was in this hand until the bitter end. Maybe a preflop 4-bet would have been in order but not sure that would have done the trick, either.

Your flat pre is fine, however I would 3bet vs some opponents.

Your flop sizing is very bad. The board is very wet and there are a lot of bad turn cards. This is not a flop where we should be clicking it back and giving our opponents correct pot odds to call with a wide range of hands. I would make it like 2.4k here and stack off.

The turn comes a pretty blank card and your SPR is <1. Again, your sizing is very bad. With the board still wet, you should be shoving here rather than give your opponents correct pot odds to call with a wide range of hands. Not to mention you're 3ways! Just shove it all in!

River is standard as you are way committed.

If your opponents tend to chase draws, I'd jam on flop. If they don't chase without correct odds, I'd make make like 3/4 pot sized bet and jam any non-heart on turn.

Overall, biggest leak imo is small bet on flop.
