For some reason, the hand converter isn't working for me.

How would you have played here?

The bounties weren't active yet, I usually check myself in GTO,

I could have folded preflop, but raising wasn't a mistake either.
I get a 3bet, and I don't think there are any weaker hands than mine in the 3bet range.

Here, GTO recommends 100% all-in, I wouldn't want to put in 40BB, the fold is too tight, 30% equity is needed to call, in my opinion.

The solver use A4s and A5s as 4-bet bluffs to balance its value 4-bets, and it pick those hands, because they dont play well out of position with this stack size, and they have more equity when called than some of the "better" hands, that the solver just fold. You say, you dont want to put in 40BB preflop, but why not, if its a profitable bluff?

You can definitely get some better AX hands to fold, which also takes away a reverse implied odds spot postflop, when you flop top pair, but he have you outkicked. Of course if you know something about this opponent, like him being a tight 3-bettor, then its probably not a good bluff, and then I would just fold. I dont think, you are going to make money calling A4s out of position with a 40BB stack against a tight 3-bettor.

These moves are still missing from my game, I don't dare to make them, which may be the biggest problem. I got into this tournament from a satellite, and 40BB is still playable, so I questioned this decision.

My other problem is that my 4bet range is too narrow, so I need to improve on that. Here, we can fold many better hands with an all-in, stronger Ax hands, K10, KJ, KQ, QJ, and possibly smaller pairs.

It's true that even if I flop an A pair on the flop, I can't play aggressively with it because the kicker is weak.

I need to rethink these situations and play correctly

Does GTOW know this is a mystery bounty game? And does it matter? Personally I would probably just call and see the flop, hoping for a flush draw. It just ends up being a high variance spot though mostly, because you know you are probably going to be dominated here whether you jam or call.

There is a better way to study this spot than to look at what the solver would do and replicate it.

first look at the EV of the 4 bet--then realize that you have to play solver perfect to get that EV post flop. We will not be able to, so we will get less EV-- Is that EV worth trying to win? If your table has weak players- we can print EV in better spots at this stack depth if that EV is low which it will be.
Second when we study solver outputs, we want to study the why of the raise. Folding hands is only 1 part of the EV of the hand. The other part is being called by a solver range--Look at what is supposed to call you that we are a head of--if these calls are not happening then we do not make the solver EV it lowers the EV because when called our V has the range advantage and position advantage---which can cause us to over fold or under realize or be dominated for stacks etc etc
