Decent reshoving/stealing stack sizes?

I watch a lot of poker, but I honestly dont get what they mean by decent reshoving stacks.. I understand shoving ranges, just a bit confused about that , thankyou.

Depends on the players & the tourney you're playing (ie. how deep effective stack sizes are, villain tendancies,etc.).
Typically though, a stack of 15-20bb is a good size for resteals.
