A good choice of music helps us to focus more on making our better choice of movement in poker ... it is evaluated better ... more concentration for our strategy. And the results are better ... good. It depends on my mood to some extent. I'll usually listen to music before I start playing then I'll change to something with just instrumentals or Lofi as I've found upbeat energetic music makes me play too aggressively lol. Classical music also works

In live tournaments, I do not usually listen to music, I am only focused on the hands that I am going to play, look around the table, observe every face or expression that my opponents make in order to analyze in facial language if they have a good hand or a regular one and that's why I need to be 100% focused because I know that like me there are other players making the same play that I do. Concentrate and focus on one thing and you will see good results.
