How do you deal with the internal feelings when the tournament reached the middle?

Good day, I need advice on how to deal with emotions svoii during the tournament, repeatedly playing a larger than average stack hardly make mistakes then held half of the tournament so far has not and prizes begin to make mistakes due to the fact that I experience. Have someone kakieto tips on how to be cool all the time. I will be very grateful

Best things is practize in time you will know when to be tight when to be more agressive with steals.

Don't concentrate on getting close to a pay out. Focus on making the correct decision at each point in a hand. Watch players for opportunities to steal. Remember that any chips put in the middle are no longer yours and don't feel the need to go chasing after ones you lost. If you won a hand, don't think you have chips you have to use.

Don't get too excited if you get a large stack and don't worry to much if you have a smaller one. I always try to be around the middle. If there are 200 players left and I am above 100 I'm happy. Don't take risks just because you have a large stack. If you are short stacked, don't get desperate. Wait for an opportunity with a pair, or an Ace and a good kicker. Patience is the key to controlling your game.

Controlling your emotions is plain hard and not everyone can do it. After all most poker games include large amounts of money to win or lose so there probably is a reason for you to get upset – but you can’t. There are tons and tons of different ways to keep your cool at the poker table. After a bad beat you should always get up and walk around. You have to “Walk it off” basically. Like an ankle sprain, your hurting real bad, and you have to get up, take some deep breaths, and keep the blood flowing. If you ever play in a poker tournament that takes those 15 minute breaks for smokers or for whatever reason you’ll find that those 15 minutes are substantial and crucial to winning and having a fresh mind – whether you get a bad beat or not. So it’s always good to take breaks, but you should make it mandatory if you have just been the victim of a very bad beat.

Set a goal to not tilt 5 times in a row, and keep your goal in mind all the times Then when you have a bad beat, just give yourself 30 sec before you blow, and hopefully your goal will come to mind, and if you really want to overcome this serious problem, you will quickly put that hand behind you and go on to the next one. Thanks for the good advice I will try to implement all this, as I understand you need to set goals not only in poker and in life and to stimulate themselves to the Procedure?

Focus. Stay calm. Block out everything else going on around you and remind yourself of all of the things you know to do. If you open 3 times do so with a plan in mind about what you want and what you will do if X, Y, or Z happens. Take time to make your decisions and avoid rash moves. Short stacked or large stacked you can just go ahead and be aggressive as in the first case you have little to lose and a lot to gain and in the latter you can bully the table. Where you need to be most careful is mid stacked. This is where you need to avoid the slightest mistake. Against the big stack a mistake ends your game and against a short stack you change positions with them and get roasted in the chat box. Keep your mind clear and calm and let the moment of that tournament and that hand be ll that matters. One simple decision at a time.

I like my stack to be near the average stack count. I only begin to need a double up when my stack gets down to half of the average stack count. at that point I'm shove or fold.

It's hard to not get emotional at times but you have to let it roll off your back. I have played very well throughout tournaments only to be crippled or felted half-way through or sometimes within a few spots of the money. Such is the variance and I know there will be the next game.
