How much will playing perfectly accordingly to ICM do?

I plan to put played hands in ICIMIZER and see if i can correct anything.
But i just wonder how long it can take me. I am currently playing micro SNG and getting it in so good and still lose so big.

I am aware of the fact that the pros easy can spot a opponent who play ICM and punish it, but i feel like microplayers wont.

Or am i wrong? Is the power of the micros too big for the great ICM

ANd btw. When do i follow EV ICM and when do i follow chips EV?
ICM on the finaltable and chips EV before the final?

ICM doesn't much come into play until you're near the bubble
