How to react on C-bet or raise after flop

My problem is , that I almost allways fold on C-bet or raise , even If I hit something on flop. Can you help?

1. tighten your range
2. play more in position
3. recognize players that cbet a lot
4. implement some leads,donks, and check raises into your game

Have a plan before the flop. Know your bet range based on the flop and anticipate your opponent's bet. If you hit, you hope they cbet.
