Strategy Question (High Engagement)
“I’ve been facing a common spot and would love your insights:
I c-bet the flop, villain calls, and the turn brings a blank card.
In these situations, do you prefer barreling the turn or checking back for pot control?
I’m trying to refine my thought process, so any reasoning or examples would be really helpful.

It depends on your read and stack sizes. If villain is calling light, barreling the turn can take down the pot or build value with your strong hands. If they’re sticky with strong range, checking back for pot control is safer. Always consider what hands they continue with and your goal - value or protection.
