Bluffing is never more profitable than value betting. Simple example when we bluff all-in we want folds so we cannot double our stack --when we value bet all-in we want calls so we double our stack.

What you may be asking is: are there times in an MTT when increasing our bluff frequency gains us value---If our Villains start to overfold at the money bubble or FT bubble or even on the FT then yes our bluffs will be more successful and increase in value.
