Have you ever had a case where an online site refused to pay you, finding some of its own rules or conditions for this?
In fact, the only site that refused me a withdrawal was Intertops. I had about $150 there, which they never let me withdraw, despite the fact that I passed verification, made a deposit, made a sports bets for a total of about $100 and played in tournaments for a minimum of $50. But I never got the money.

Fortunately never. There been incident where they might have stalled the process though- by demanding additional documents.. I remember at GG I had to resend some documents for a withdrawal of over 3600$ . Took over a month until I got it.
Since then I decided to make no withdrawal over 1K anymore. never any problems since then and much quicker xD like a few hours

No, the truth is that I can't imagine that something like that happening, but the truth is that sometimes bookmakers use the fine print to their advantage so as not to do what they must do

That’s exactly why it’s so important to be very selective about where you play. Legit, well-established rooms have clear terms and a long track record of paying players, even when issues come up.

Situations like this usually come down to hidden clauses or wagering requirements, especially when there’s sportsbook activity involved. Always worth reading the fine print before depositing. If a site makes withdrawals difficult once, that’s already a red flag to never go back.

I had to re-verify several times to get my winnings. But overall, nothing critical. I haven't had any sites that refused to pay me.

Not surprising from that site. It's now called "Everygame".
A few years back, I won a freeroll there (About $27), probably a CC freeroll. The next day, I tried to register in a $5 tournament but was surprised to be denied. After contacting their support, I was told that I'm only allowed to use that money in the casino. Even though I explained that I've won it in poker, they didn't want to hear anything saying it's one of their policies. Then I wrote again asking if I could cash it out, and the answer was no. I have never opened it again.

When my country had it's version of Black Friday in 2017 there were 2 sites that started to play games when I tried to withdraw my bankrolls, they denied me many many times by saying that certain withdrawal methods were not available for my country, even though they were available. This went on for months.

At that time they were starting to use crypto currencies and I didn't have any crypto accounts, so I got a crypto address from a friend here at CC and used that to withdraw my funds and my CC friend sent me paypal.

The rollover requirement is really a problem on certain sites where you have to meet a lot of requirements just to finally cash out. I once signed up for one that said it didn’t require a deposit, but I found out that was impossible, and as you saw, even with a deposit, it’s not 100% guaranteed that you’ll be able to cash out! Good luck to you!

I still use their sportsbook.

If I remember correctly at that time they were doing that to all new CC members at their site when they won a freeroll, and if you contacted (I think) @Tammy at the time she was able to correct that. It's probably too late for that now.

From what I've seen, you like casino games, why not use it there, you never know, you may win.

I had problems with withdrawals a few times, but they were resolved when I provided the necessary documents confirming my identity and place of registration. All the money I won, I received sooner or later.

I think there are freerolls, free spins, and free bets, but they're not suitable for freerollers. You have to clear all the bonuses by raked in poker with your own money.I don't recommend playing there.

I don't know what made you say that, but I don't really like casino games except blackjack, and especially online.

I know you're active in the casino forum, I thought you had an interest in casino games.

we played CC freerolls there for a few years so I imagine we have many CCers who did not get paid, although tammy fixed the part about using it in the casino they still required a 50% rake before cashout, after we stopped playing there it took me over a year of playing cash games to get enough rake
to cash out and all I had left was $120, cashed out a hundred and still play with my $20 bucks every once in a while, they have very low volume which made it diffucult. but cant even count the sites who just dissapeared on lots of us, only had under $50 in most, but there were many that went under without paying, including Black Friday. Pokerstars paid fast, and it took a long time to get FullTilt money, and I never got Ultimate Bet or Absolute.
Most of these didn't pay.
Most shut down

I am, but in the forum, not at the tables 😋. And like I said, even when I used to go to casinos more often, it was to play poker or Blackjack sometimes, and NOT online anyway.

This has happened to me a lot. From Minted taking all the usa players money to sites moving to new owners and requiring full playthrough on balances that were previously played through.

Red Dragon told me they no longer valued my poker action and I was free to use my balance in the sportsbook, then I arb'd a few sports bets and they let me withdraw my full balance. Not sure what its like now, but it used to be if you were a winning poker player they would ban you.

Lock poker was crazy, the promos were great and nobody could cash out so many players got stuck for 5 figures. Imagine if a site had huge freerolls and nobody could cash out, people just started to play crazy, so it was easy to have a super high roi, but it doesnt matter if you could never cash out.

I think the most painful was on Absolute poker where I had a ton of step tickets, and they paid the cash balance but they didnt pay you for tourney tickets or step tickets.

Cake poker just closed and a lot of the players that had played there for 20 plus years had huge gold chip balances which they didnt pay out on.

Not to mention all the fly by night crypto sites that disappeared after they got everyones covid stimulus checks.

There has been a bunch of "private sites" go under this year.

Think I have had more chinese phone App clubs steal money from me than not.

Fortunately, I've never had any withdrawal issues and any verification delays were resolved before I even deposited. Fingers crossed that is always the case.

Oh wow, blast from the past. It must have been @Debi that took care of that - but I am 99.99999999999% certain nothing can be done now. :(

Man - how long ago was that? Time flies...

Yes, I also had a similar bad experience with a site that specialized in slots. It was a Ukrainian site called “Cosmolot.” I made a deposit, completed the verification process, wagered the bonus, and withdrew my money. There were no issues with that. But they had a daily promotion where you could win money by making NBA predictions. In the end, I won about $10 (in this promotion) and wanted to withdraw it. Customer service told me I had to go through verification again and make a deposit. :poop: And yeah, I didn’t do that.

It sure does. It was at least 15 years ago, and I'm still making bets with freeroll winnings. :D

Bookmakers didn't pay me my money twice. But those were our Ukrainian sites and I heard from many players that they had the same story. As for poker or other gambling games, I didn't have such problems.

Yes it was me who dealt with tall of that. But we don't work with offshore sites anymore.
