You are correct to say that I do work with eCOGRA and they are very well-respected throughout the online gaming industry. Unlike most poker players, casino players know to look for the “Play It Safe” seal. Poker players should similarly compel their favorite sites to submit to rigorous third-party testing. Just like Consumer Reports or the Better Business Bureau --independent testing is how we know to trust the things that matter to us. If poker players don’t demand fair games, responsive customer service and quick means to resolve disputes... honestly, who will?
 
To make the case to online players, eCOGRA and several player advocates (like Card Player's Roy Cooke) spoke out at the industry's biggest trade show.
