No he's not saying he's giving away the $150 if he wins. Just that you could win $150 if you vote in the contest. A little misleading imo.

i didnt know who is ben affleck :D because i dont watch movies and as i dont live in US dont have much idea about there , but just know i searched about Ben affleck and !
