Well where I play at Mountaineer the dealers are rotated on the cash tables every 30 minutes, however in the tournaments they stay at the table until the break and those dealers just rotate in the tournament until it ends. The floor does the color up while the dealers put the cards in order at the break. Now I will add that Mountaineer uses card shufflers so those count the cards but in tournaments time is money the more hands you can get per hour the better you can play IMO.
 
Nah I don't tilt on that phrase I will however set a perfect trap for someone if they do say it to me or any other person. In all my examples I played good poker the last one was just a matter of knowing what he held I knew there was no way for him to call if I push, becasue if I'm pushing after seeing his cards he has to believe I have him beat. In fact it was him that went on tilt and was felted after about 30 minutes of play, unfortunatly not by me.
