I typically stick to just a couple tables when I am playing. I was playing just SNGS and I was playing 5-6 at a time. The thing about extreme multi tabling is that when you are playing bad, or start getting tired, it effects you X6. You are severly decreasing your abilitly to play based on reads and you are more or less just playing ABC poker. When you are in a game with somebody you clearly know is extreme multi tabling, you can use that to your advantage and don't have to put as much thought into your bluffs, continuation bets, etc. It is the equivalent if you have ever played at a home game and somebody was on the phone while playing, they usually will just play standard and not try any moves, etc.
