1) Why is the nl10 cashgame on Everest called $0.10 / $0.10 ? The small blind is $0.05 !

2) Why is the royal flush an extra category in the handrankings, it´s only an extreme special straight flush !??

3) Why it´s called "HA" on Full Tilt , if you play a PLO & Pot Limit NLHE Tournament ?!

2) It's not an extra category on any handraking that's no dumb. It's just a str8 flush.
