No offense, but for the record your line is very very bad overall. Don't let these results make you think you played it well or that you should play it this way again. The majority of the time he'll have a flush or a jack here.

A good mantra to follow is "big hand, big pot; small hand, small pot". Here you have a semi-strong pair and you're building the pot like you want your whole stack in. Too much action for too little of a hand.

But again, to reiterate: 3bet preflop and take it from there.

YA that's why I just decided to flat it rather then bet more into it and have him come over the top

Your river bet seems weak. The "awful," "tilting," "asshole" would probably have called more with his A/T- hands.

I don't like his re-raise, as I think he'd have shoved if it was a bluff. Leaving himself with $22... it just seems like he wants to get called.

If he's doing this with A/T-.
So it's $35 to win $150.

Man... if he's spewy and tilty, I'm thinking I might have to make the call. I think he's going to have the Jack 2/3 of the time, but I think we beat him enough in the long run to justify the call.

That is a very good advice! The problem is that sometimes you get pot committed with a small hand with a big potential! For example had a pair hit a 2 pair on the river but lost to a straight. So was a small hand became a good hand but lost the whole game...
Sometimes it is a train wreck that you cannot avoid

Lol, ain't that the trueth, but um just to let u all in on little more about the dude he blew if i'm not lying about 400 in matter of about an hour, which ain't much to some but to me it's alot of money
