Yas, I remember running into a few asian or chinese names at higher limits at stars; 3/6 is a little above my reg limit.

With the stakes involved it is hard to believe these guys don't know each other. Yes I have seen a lot of chasing from them; they don't mind losing whacks of cash it seems.

But the fact that they remain indicates they are winning overall... Note use of the word 'they.' If an individual player kept pushing marginal hands and/or chasing in stud, they would get crushed eventually.

Seen this across platforms for years. PokerBrother does the same at Absolute. These people all disappear eventually and someone else moves in. They are fearless and are usually playing understaked players (like me) trying to take a stab at higher limits. I have won some big pots from these guys when they try to bully or chase me, but when their chase pays off they bust me hard, so they are controlling the game with their BRs. They can be beat but once they figure you are a good player they usually slow down and wait for a good hand. Just some random thoughts from when I was last up there, and lost a few buyins in the end. That was a few months ago.
