Day 8 started off very slowly. I was a bit groggy from the day before since I got to sleep pretty late. I was alright though and played for most of the day off and on (from 2pm est - 8pm est). It was a largely slow and uneventful session but I actually ended up down from where I was. In the end I didn't end up reaching my goal and hoped the next day proved more fruitful. The later part of the day was used for going to lunch with some friends, dance class and catching a flick at a local movie theatre.

Day 9 just got off on a bad foot. I have no idea what I did to make the poker gods hate me that much but indeed they did. Every single hand seemed to be even more of a cooler then the previous one. I have to admit there are many times when I should have just left the table and cut my losses but the cards kept coming. For about the last hour or so I was earning back my losses before some last minute bad beats in my session really killed my ego and finally I left. I ended up about 25$ down at one point on the day and a very very frustrated man. I decided to not play for the rest of the day since I had the 10k sunday freeroll the next day (starting in a couple hours).
