I don't use any untrustworthy software, just PT3, and keep my machine clear of viruses, don't share my account info with anyone or anything like that. So I called up Bodog customer support to see what, if anything, they could do for me. Well, they told me they were sorry but unfortunately there was nothing they could do since my account is my responsibility and I understand that, I was just hoping by some chance I could get the funds reinstated. They did however tell me that they checked the IP logs and knew that it was accessed from somewhere other than my home, but still couldn't be sure that it wasn't me. I managed to get the IP address that was used from the lady and traced it to Sofia, Bulgaria and my info runs dry there. Now that the rant is over... I'd like to keep playing poker online and I've actually come to like the Bodog software and players, but I don't feel safe depositing on there in fear of it possibly happening again.
