Had a few good wins now on a big down swing

Hi all after some advice. Iv been playing for around 10yrs now mostly your free poker at the pubs but also play low micro torney games online. Iv had a few good wins an also took time off for a few years. Over the last 6 months Iv really tried to get back in to poker had a few good wins an little cashes hear an there. I understand poker an all the basics I'm not a big mathematics person but get the gist of it all. What is a good strategy to adapt for MTTS to build a good winning poker game. I no I have faults besides study what a good way no notice your faults an work on them.
