The point for these competitions is that bar that has the winning player gets to challenge the bar of his or her choice along with a bunch of prizes. As far as I know I was the only guy that showed up for my bar. There are usually at least 30-40 players on each side, so I don't know what happened to everybody...I guess they were still all hung over from the tourneys we had the night before.
     I am the dealer with K-T suited and the flop gives me two pair, and there are two players left- The guy in the middle position who goes all in with a club flush draw, and the girl in the SB has KQ. After the turn I bet 3K which is 15X the BB, and the SB calls to go all in.
     I told everybody that they have to show their cards, because everybody is all in.They were hesitating, and when I looked down there was the Qc  on the table which gave the guy in the middle a flush and the girl in the SB kings & queens. They were also pretty quick about mucking the cards as soon as I  realized that I had been beaten. 
   The girl to the right of me in the button position had pulled the river card while I was watching for everybody to show me their cards. I never even saw her burn a card, before that river card came up.  I didn't want to cause a big scene, so I let it go.
   I've won many a bar tab, and I knew that I was capable of taking it down all by myself, and if they have to cheat to beat me , then it doesn't do their bar any credit.:mad:
