Pokerstars is my best and most activity and likely the most difficult site in terms of better players but I've gone from like $10 and up over $3000 when I include MTT/SnG/cash games and still building consistently well and I've moved up obviously in stakes so it's definetly possible as I'm living proof and I'm not exactly a great player.
