I also realize that the level of ignorance that is required is actually unattainable in a developed country. This would be like people who never know that you are supposed to be unable to jump over a house being able to actually jump over a house. In poker for this individual then, this would equate to never knowing that you're not supposed to be able to beat Phil Ivey leading you to beating Phil Ivey (or other insanely skilled professional, don't get too technical. Obvious hypotheticals.) God doesn't exist.
