I don't have a problem with Scotty's etiquette, and I don't see where etiquette has anything to do with poker. It's poker, and you (or I) don't have a say so in how a person conducts his/herself. As long as I pay my entry and I have my privates covered, I'm good. (a very good rule indeed  ) Maybe it sucks for all the new folks (web players) to the game. But drunk and obstinate winners have been a mainstay of this game for years. As I said before. This kid had a good butt whipping coming. TV cut in at the wrong time. If they had cut in earlier all would see what he was like. Scotty did what gets done to a little brat like that. Don't you guys get it? I's hard to believe you don't. If you get a chance to see (or read about) some of that crap, the stuff which ultimately lit Scotty's fuse, then you would understand. The kid was a brat. EVERYBODY WAS PISSED OFF AT HIM. Eric Lindgren castigated the brat for the same reason just before the TV coverage cut in. I'd be interested to hear what you have to say about this conduct. Should over zealous and in your face celebrations be allowed? I personally have no problem with that either. But the puritans amongts us might have a thing to say. Scotty was drunk. Yes. Now........ I don't drink, but I've heard that if your drunk at 4 am, the worst thing you can do is stop drinking. If you want to keep going anyway. Alas, you get drunker. WHAT CHOICE DID HE HAVE AT THAT POINT? So, it was ugly. It was what I've been sitting around the table with for years. You guys whom play on line think this is an atiseptic game. It isn't. It's populated in real life by kooks, drunks, loosers, winners, nice folks, idiots, sharp dressers and sloppy ones. And the beauty of this game is that we can play no matter what we do which may irratate other people. If I have the money, I have a seat. Think about how it used to be. You might be stuck next to some guy with a cheap cigar. A loud bligerant drunk with a cheap cigar. You europeans will understand when I say. Please keep the puritans out of poker. They screw up everything they touch. :( ---
