Also, as a person who really only plays live poker, I see people acting like that all the time. It doesn't bother me, I am quite thick skinned, and I sometimes even find it comical. But everyone see's these things differently I suppose.

But I disagree where you say etiquette doesn't have anything to do with poker. I think live it does, as actions which breach common "poker etiquette", can and often will lead to restrictions by a tournament director.

You then also get into the fact that you are sat in front of your opponent. If someone has been completely out of order then they will, more than likely, have someone 'waiting' for them outside the casino.
