About stress

At the moment, I have been playing Freeroll tournaments or low Buy In tournaments. Still, my results are not satisfactory, and in my case I am a little disappointed when I lose, even in those tournaments.

It’s always easy to lose focus and patience after having a down slide. You either need to walk away and trust that u can come back some another day. Or just step back and regroup your game plan and emotions. Go outside, refresh your mind etc.
