And against C) I would personally just Flat since (You defined them as a reg), this would make it seem like they play these levels on a usual basis. So the question is are they a good reg or a losing reg? If there a losing reg then I just 4 bet/ call a jam, and if there a winning reg I 4 bet call, but 1 thing is clear I don't fold AKo period:D..
