These people do irritate you but theirs is a valid strategy (not a good one) for playing. A lot of people will lay down early in a MTT even with decent starting hand when someone goes all in. In fact if there is someone doing it at my table I have to think twice about even trying to enter the pot before them.

What is nice, is that these people are like an atm when you do get a hand. You just have to let them do the betting by limping in and calling their all in. Granted you could lose but that can happen with any hand. If you get all your chips in with the best hand then over time you will come out on top. But as you see you won't win all the time. I would guess that if you checked back later this guy would be gone.
