BoTY, why don't you show this thread to the girl that emptied your account and to the friends of yours that don't take this seriously or refuse to believe it is real money?  Once they read how serious all of the poker players here consider something like this, it may give them a bit better perspective on the situation and they may be inclined to side with you on this issue.  The thief herself may even understand the magnitude of her actions (which I think she already does personally) and make some sort of attempt at repayment of the money she lost through her irresponsible actions.

A persons bankroll is to their poker playing as a hammer is to a carpenter's woodworking.  She took money from you.  It bears repeating that just because she didn't physically go into your pockets and take them money does [b]not[/b] make this any less despicable.
