It's hard to do well in poker without a bit of a gambling attitude. I noticed that you said you have stress issues and sound like you're a bit of a control junkie?  That's going to eat you up in this game!  You're gonna have to realize that those bad beats that you are taking again the "donks" you are probably also dishing out to people with strong hands. It all comes around to you if you wait it out long enough.  For me, I found that the best way to improve my game was to find the tables where I have an edge. If there is a monster(s) at your table, you should probably get out and look for some weaker place. Hell, even a "fish" can win if he's the Big fish in a small pond, lol!!
 
And I totally agree with the other cats on this thread.  Kick your feet up for a couple of days and grab a beer or two (not while you're playing ;-) ), and come back to the game with a fresh attitude.  Everyone needs a break from a mind game like poker!
