Pott odds hand value is all that matters. Know your outs and always be the aggressive player when the flop hits for you. Be patient as it sounds like you already are. Just dont overplay you bank roll and you should make some good dough. I cant stress this enough as even I learned the hard way while I was on a rush. Also Mtt's placing percentage will always be lower and has way more risk potential to play. I always win a few games at the sit n gos then if things go well I will take a shot here in there at the big mtt's. Take big shots only if you are way up for the day. Always set rules and try to end on a good note. Then in time you should have thousands of dollars and reap major benefits as time go on.
