It's a nasty beast, especially if your reason for 'chasing the buzz' is because of some traumatic event(s) / childhood, as the need to escape from your own mind is the main cause for a relapse into addiction. If that's not the case and you simply got caught up in the maelstrom by diving in with your guard down. Then just make sure you have your wits about you at all times whenever you're reentering the lion's den. Keep reading your literature and keep the lines open with whoever it was that you sought help from initially. Self awareness and analysis will be your best friends as you're sitting at the tables.They'll pay for themselves a whole lot more than any Poker Tracker HUD that's for sure. ;-) After all, spiritual and mental wealth are worth infinitely more than any amounts of money right?? :D [/QUOTE]
