Well, if nothing else, it's written above. :) But really, to act like the other guy did in this case is never warranted at any poker site. So yes, in a way we are enforcing their behavior rules in our games. And as an extension of that we are enforcing our site rules as well. Think of it like an embassy or military installation that is in another country. That land is considered sovereign territory even though it's in another country. Similar here...while we are playing at a poker host (the country in this example), our game is still the sovereign territory of CardsChat and subject to our rules.
 
So the closest published thing is probably:

Whether it's his/her style or not won't matter; banned members can't post. Best not to hold your breath waiting then. :)
