Appetite while playing

Is it better for me to eat a hearty meal before a long game so as not to be distracted during the game, especially when there are many tables? The main thing is that there is water.

Same - When I play online I get hungry and get uncomfortable after a couple of hours.

But live I can play all day without eating and not even feel hungry or even thirsty really.


Edit: Also, I think I would prefer not to eat because... Uhm... Well.... I hate going #2 in public bathrooms.

aaa, unfortunately, I smoke , so smoking kind of cuts off my appetite, so I don't have anything like that....
