Discipline: I give myself a 8/10. Only time I really make mistakes is if I'm tired.
 
Focus: I give myself 6/10. If I'm card dead which is like always, I tend to surf the net notpaying attention to the table. At live casinos, I do very well in tourneys because I have no choice but to watch what's going on. Online, this is something I have to work on.
 
Strong Worth ethic: I give myself 9/10. I have notes. I'm replaying tourneys. I'm railing winning players. I'm reading books. I'm actually proud of the work I put in. Now I want to see results, :)
 
 Mental Toughness: I give myself 7/10. I'm not as upset by bad beats as I used to be but it's still a work in progress. And there's always some obnoxious guy at the table that gets on your nerves and tilts you. Or a fish with a lot of chips that you covet desperately before they donk off to someone else but for the most part, but I'm trying.
 
Honest with themselves: I give myself 9/10. I know I'm an average player trying to get to the top. I'm not delusional. I'm my own worst critic. I acknowledge all my errors and try to fix them.
