My family all had a family business and I helped out when I was a small kid and just grew up around my family talking business 24/7.  This really helped me understand business concepts. Honestly, I don't have a formal background on anything.  I have always just gotten by because I outwork everyone else.  If I walked into a job interview there would be a segment of employers who would kick me out in 2 seconds and a segment that would understand a little more about me and what I am willing to do to understand basically anything.

This may sound a little arrogant possibly, but my attitude in life is that I can do absolutely anything I put my mind to.  I have a belief system in myself that in due time, I can do anything I want to do at a high level.

Obv I can't be a center in the NBA no matter how hard I try, but if it is a mental activity, I truly believe in my head that I can figure it out if I pour my soul into it.  And the reason I personally don't think I am being arrogant is because I have that same belief system in everyone.  I believe anyone can do anything, but only if they are willing to absolutely pour their soul into that endeavor each and every day.  I believe anyone can have the situation they want, but they need to realize that it will come with a price.  They will need to put that endeavor in front of everything for a little while.
