3. I know this is going to sound really arrogant, but I am usually the one devising plays other people follow rather than the other way around.  I am just not sure there is anything for me to learn in a book, video or forum at this point.

9. Look for more spots to bluff.
10. I rarely put anyone on a particular hand.  I assign them a range of hands and proceed accordingly.  
11. To just keep betting until they fold.
