If the worst case scenario happens I do imagine it will be more difficult to deposit.  I suspect, however, that the poker rooms will just create better workarounds.  Poker is going nowhere and it disgusts me that our govt. is so stupid.  What they are trying to do with poker is pathetic and is not even supported by any congressional leader's majority of constituents, research proves.

This topic gets me pretty tilted as someone who has been dutifully paying substantial taxes this entire time.  To think I am supporting the same people who are trying to tear down the way I derive my income because of a law that isn't supported by more than some fringe extremists tempts me to leave my own country quite often.  I am hoping at some point in time that congress will wake up and err on the side of regulating poker and not trying to tear it down in ways that are not supported by their constituents.  If this were a bigger issue among people in general, something made into law that is only supported by something like 8% of the population might lead to a civil war or something.  Unfortunately they have bigger fish to fry and congress has currently been able to get away with this.
