I sure hope so, but am not aware that those rules will change.  If it was up to me I would completely eliminate the concept of a hand history and that would do away with all of the products that have allowed so many people to play the game well against tough opposition despite not having to put in the work that some of us have put in.  The games are harder, but figuring out poker is much, much easier than it was 5 years ago.

I would imagine my win rate would about double if the tracing software was eliminated and it would also be a good thing for the recreational player who isn't aware of all the programs have more of a fighting chance vs. the players who are privy to such information.

I guess to sum it up, I would like to see poker return to it's roots and become more of a pure game that emulates the live play experience.  These days it is as much about the programs available to people as it is about playing the game itself.  It is like any sport where the better the technology gets, the easier the game becomes to play.  It has happened with tennis, golf, baseball is that way when metal bats are used etc.  I would like to see poker not get over run with technology and force people to actually think well and play the game.
