Everyone quickly went into back-of-the-napkin math, guesstimating the total active poker players across the several properties. Some thought each of us would only net $250; others calculated as much as $3000 - I only knew that it would be a profitable night for me regardless of how the cards fell. In the end, the ~$460,000 pot yielded a little over $1,100 for each of us, and a great memory was seared into my memory. I've hit a few royals and 2's with the best kicker on 5 coins many times - while this win was less than those, I've never been a part of ~40 people simultaneously hitting quads or the the royal in the same place at the same time, and this is what that felt like.
